I called in because I broke a tooth and that is what I wanted to see Dentist about. After $388 in full mouth Xrays and imaging, I was first given a $15k bill to fix everything then after asking how much was if for what I came for and I was told $3500 or $5500 to bridge or replace the tooth. I was presented with no other options. Now I have $622 in insurance left, my friend is no longer my friend, joking. But I do have this ripped off feeling after waiting a month and them just doing X-rays. I wonder how many people go and just get x-rays and never come back, because of the prices?, I mean besides me? Building and staff are nice. The person giving me the quote was not surprised when I said I could not afford it, and just smiled when I walked away without giving me other options. Cannot tell you how good they are, but do know they are priced outa this world of reality.

They said they would replace the wires with stronger ones but it happened every single time I got them replaced. I had my braces placed by Dr. Feller back in 2017? I had them for a little over 2 years. I had them…read moreremoved sometime early of 2020. I had to get sized for my retainers 2 different times, because the first time, your gums are pretty swollen and it is recommended to go back for another size so your retainers fit snug, which I did. On the second pair of retainers, they were too small and caused this weird mold on my 2 front teeth, which now I need to get a fill done in order to fix it. Dr. Feller does not specialize in filling, so he stated I needed to get it done elsewhere. Mind you, I have never had ANY OTHER SORT OF DENTAL work from anyone else since my braces, so there is no way that anything or anyone could have caused this weird dent/mold on my two front teeth. But Dr. Feller argued that it could have not been the retainers. I wish I would have kept the retainers so I CAN PROVE to him that oddly the size of the retainer MOLDED PERFECTLY to the dent on my teeth. But unfortunately, I disposed of them before my last appointment. Dr. Feller did not show or want to take any sort of accountability for my concerns or try to help fix the problem. Would not recommend him to anyone that lives in that area or for anyone looking into getting sort of dental work.
