Before I get into a detailed review, let me just highly recommend Soiree upfront with 5 stars! My husband and I live on the East Coast, but were getting married in Spokane. When we were looking for wedding coordinators, we had reached out to 4 in the Spokane area. Within 24 hours, Jessica had responded and given me price quotes. Two other companies I never heard from, and one got back to me a week later. Since we lived so far away, we knew communication by email was key, and Jessica was on top of it. Jessica was always quick with email turnaround times, and she was always available for a phone call or meeting when we were in town. She gave us a very reasonable price quote, so we hired her for point of contact and day of coordinating services. Jessica was so organized, calm, and friendly throughout the entire process! She put together an itinerary, receipt, etc, and I didn't have to organize anything on my wedding day. She also worked with various other family members of mine, who were each trying to coordinate some aspect of my wedding. When I first reached out to Soiree, I didn't think I wanted or needed a coordinator, but looking back, it is hands down the best money we spent! I cannot recommend the Soiree team enough. For the bridal shower, Jessica's partner, Ali, came up to my mom's house, set up the entire living room with decorations, and coordinated the caterers. It went off without a hitch and was fantastic! Overall, I cannot recommend Soiree enough, not only because of their amazing work, but because of their constant and consistent professionalism. A big bonus was that they were willing to work within our budget and tailor their services. If you're a bride who worries about schedules, details, etc, hire Soiree!! Even if you're not, hire Soiree to help ease the overwhelming wedding-day scheduling issues!!

Her confirmed arrival time was 8:00 AM, but she later acted as though she thought I had said 9:00 AM, despite us confirming 8:00 AM beforehand. She had even shown up on time the week before--on the wrong day, so there was no confusion about the arrival time. She also admitted that she prioritized another customer's order before ours. This was a $300 setup, and being left waiting while another event was put first was completely unacceptable. She also brought the wrong balloon colors. I specifically requested white, neutral beige, clear, and other soft neutral tones, but instead she brought peach/flesh-colored balloons that looked nothing like what I ordered. After only about 40 minutes of a rushed, poorly executed setup, she left to "go to work," leaving my sister and me to finish everything ourselves with only one hour before our guests arrived. We ordered a champagne balloon arch, but she installed it backwards on the wall and used hooks that damaged the paint in our Airbnb. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. I paid $300 for a professional setup and instead ended up scrambling to finish the decorations myself while also dealing with damage to the rental property.

She even picked up my cake for me because Vanille Patisserie didn't deliver during as late as I needed them. I had three favors for guests and she made sure everyone got one. Unfortunately my photographers didn't stick to my list of pictures, so we didn't get many shots I put in our contract, but that's not Robin's fault.

That being said, we wanted our guests to enjoy our wedding, not feel obligated to help reset the room for our reception or run our errands. I met with Robyn 3 months before our wedding and instantly felt comfortable with her. She listened, took notes and fully understood how I (we) envisioned our wedding going. Because we live in Seattle and were getting married at Schweitzer Mountain (in North Idaho), we were limited to the number of visits we could make to our venue, even though we had been there several times. Robyn went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. Visiting the venue with us for a walk through, then her own visit a week before our wedding to make sure things were coming together. She kept tabs on our vendors. She played the bad guy if someone wasn't doing what they needed to be doing. And she did it with such professionalism - honestly I wish I could have paid her in single dollar bills and with each one included a reason both her and Jessica are amazing. I'm not even to day of wedding execution! Have you ever been to a wedding where the bride and her bridesmaids are frantically trying to set tables or troubleshoot last minute issues? I woke up on the day of my wedding, cried happy tears and spent the morning giggling and drinking champagne with my favorite people. Jessica picked up some decor from our room and checked on me. Robyn stopped by to tell me everything was going as planned. There was not one moment that I doubted them. Our wedding went off without a hitch - or if there was one, I certainly wasn't aware of it. They set our reception room so beautifully, it was as if I did it myself. For someone as detail-oriented as myself, I never though I would relinquish control, and yet Team Red Letter put me at ease.
