My very first order, I submitted my design around 1 AM, and by 10 AM the next morning it was already printed and in my hands. That level of turnaround is honestly hard to find anywhere. Their prices are awesome, especially for the quality and turnaround you get. But the customer service is what really separates them. Everyone is responsive, accommodating, and genuinely wants to help. There were times I needed things rushed for events and markets, and they still found a way to squeeze me in and make it happen without compromising quality. Huge shout out to Cephus as well. You can tell he runs a tight ship and genuinely cares about the quality coming out of the shop. Colors come out clean, prints look professional, and everything feels dialed in from start to finish. It's rare to find a print shop that moves this fast while still maintaining this level of consistency and care.     Z-Digital's Owner Steve W'a response yesterday was approximately two months after I posted my…read morereview of just major dissatisfaction so who as a customer would want service response two months later. If you look at their 12-reviews as a digital marketing agency with one of those being my Review, they had seven reviews in 2022, zero reviews in 2023, flight reviews in 2024 and my review as the only review in December for all of 2025. That doesn't speak well for any season business as they told me my website is not performing because I don't have enough. Reviews; and I have 100 and I'm 4.7 star. It's always a customer's fault when something goes wrong with a vendor yet Steve's comment that they spent 100 hours unpaid to correct issues and I don't know what business in the world would spend 100 hours on anything unless they had major problems to correct so that does not make sense to a person that they were the innocent party here. I ballpark calculated that this executive time, waste and lack of my website being functional, which should've been live in late June or early July 2025 and wasn't live until early September then had to be immediately taken down and my prior site put up because they had missed all of 1,200 GEO fenced landing pages, then that took till early December to launch again so about four months of lack of a properly launched website and the leads and synergy of that "probably cost us about a half million a month in bid opportunity" so with four months, due to math on that + add that the last quarter of the year is our highest volume and highest profit quarter of the year because it's the rainy season and as Roofing Contractors that's when people search for a Roofer in desperate need to beat the next rain!!! There's a very high additional cost, which is my executive time and then having my son involved, which is an AI version of me to bear witness to these phone calls and zooms and zooms and phone calls and they're in action and complete lack of accountability denial denial yet they're still working on it to solve the many problems... I asked lead Rep. Nate on several occasions to put me in touch with the owner Steve and he said Steve doesn't want to talk to me... whether Digital Marketing or ROOFING Contractor, access to ownership should be easy to avoid and/or solve any conflicts, especially major conflicts like this one. My posted comments emphatically stand as well as my response here in to their owner Steve's ridiculous "try to save his tush" timeline. They did a full analysis of my site to see all that needed to be transferred over besides the remake of the visible pages to people searching. To say that I didn't tell them about the the "hidden pages" is absurd because our pre-agreement zoom went over all the marketing we were doing and the behind the scenes on the website and the response back from Nate was " we don't really check that as it would be too expensive for us to spend the time on every person that calls us for a bid on our website services". Then Nate said later that they do a full research on the site after the contract is signed to double check things but they missed it which means Nate missed it because he's the maestro conductor to follow up with his department that checks these things so it was a complete lack of follow-through, complete lack of organization and complete we're not responsible. We're not responsible we didn't know yet again they say they spent 100 hours trying to fix what they didn't know about and what they're not responsible for so do the math on that folks.. The real cost here is my executive time and again my sons and my wife, and having this aggravation for literally four months daily aggravation of not having this solved and thinking how much money we're losing by not having the website up properly and holding up all the other digital marketing avenues I was going to pursue with Z-Digital; and then had to interview new marketing agencies to vet them to invest that money which we have done now and spending about $10,000 a month on an additional marketing service services which is $100,000 a year contract that Z-Digital; has lost out on from what I say was their complete incompetence. This or any marketing agency should have 100 or 100's of 5-Star reviews authentic not bought reviews, of course showing overwhelming service reliability and how they respond to any conflict to make the customer happy as we all can get a one star or two or three star review from a customer out there, but the whole goal is to avoid that before it ever happens and again hear a complete failure with only 12 reviews in four years and how they handled my concerns...
