They had done a fantastic job on the color, quality and price matching of my college graduation announcements in 2014 so I selected them as our wedding invitation printer. They printed our double-sided 5" x 7" invitations with envelopes and additional 3" x 3" inserts for an extremely competitive price as they price matched against Vista Print. The inserts had to be cut to size and were done perfectly. I would always prefer using a local shop that not only supports local business but also means that I can see a test print and feel my paper selection! Manee is incredibly attentive to order details and was a dream to work with. If you need something done fast, they can get it done... But they are going to charge you an arm and a leg for it and the quality is not going to be very good! Had them do a lot of materials for my company. Every time I shop around, I can find it for MUCH CHEAPER. Also had them design some brochures for me that just don't look professional what so ever. I called to get a quote for a order we needed at work. The Yelp reviews seemed positive, so I thought I would give them a shot (over the nearby chains). A woman answered the phone, so I started explaining what we needed (80,000 page document, one sided, just black ink, no binding, etc). She rudely cut me off and just said "Ten cents per page". Well, that was over seven and a half cents higher than one of the nearby chains (which was a lot kinder on the phone), and when you are printing that many pages the cost per page adds up. We will NOT be giving them our business, and would hope you would think twice about it as well. [Not sure if they woke up on the wrong side of the bed, I caught them when they needed tot take their 5-hour energy drink, etc, but in a competitive day-and-age, I would assume customer service should be top on their priority list.] read more

Hi! My name is Paul and I am the owner at Element Ai computer and phone repair in Carlsbad. I've gotten my business cards done at Print and Copy House for awhile now and they have never failed me. Angela was especially quick with getting back to me regarding on the design and template of the business card I wanted. I'm a little bit picky on the details, but she never hesitate to send me a proof to make sure what I wanted was the same as what she has on screen. Their price is very very reasonable. They always picked up their phone and I never had to leave them a voicemail or call them back... so A+ for customer service. I got my business cards about 2 days ago and everyone I show it to have been very pleased with its design as I am :) Print and Copy House has good reviews, and that serves them right. Although I am a little skeptical about Carlee's review. I've never had anything as what she mentioned happened to me. But from what I heard, the day right after Carlee posted the 1-star review, Print and Copy House received a call from a review boosting company that offered to remove bad reviews from their Yelp page. Sounds pretty obvious that Carlee is not actually a real customer and most likely have never completed a business transaction with Print and Copy House. Looks like she works for a company that posts bad reviews only to try and get the business to pay them so they would remove it instead. I have worked with Print and Copy House from three different businesses I've been involved with, two of which are self owned. Honestly, we do business with 2 printers in Encinitas. We are loyal to each because we have had a relationship and history with each. Manee and the gals (and they work as such a great team) at Print and Copy House do our higher end color work. I honestly feel that they care about our business, which is smart on their part, but doesn't always come with the territory. Manee will back up everything she does, will work with individual business budgets, and takes pride in quality. I recently had an emergency which required a high volume of print to be done that day. And this particular print is one that we don't usually fold, but this job required that they be hand folded. My partner said you'll never be able to get that done. I called Print and Copy House. The job was finished before the deadline, perfectly done with their fair consistent pricing. Doesn't get much better than that. read more

Best print shop in town.... hands down! We do SO MANY projects with them and they always meet or exceed our expectations. For example- last Thursday we were preparing to leave for a work conference out of town and we needed 800 color copies - put together into 100 packets.. and we needed it ASAP - as it was a very last minute thing. We checked with another print shop near by and they wanted to charge us over $1200!! So we called Manee at the Print and Copy House ( we didn't call her originally because we needed it within an hour or so - and thought we'd just use someone right up the street) anyway ... They came through for us and saved the day!!! We saved over $800 and they even had someone drop it off at my office!
