Our agent then called Floyd agent and was told a contract had been written on property the night before. Floyd agent had called and cancelled two other showings for that day but "forgot" to call our agent. So unprofessional!! Also pictures of property were the worse I'd ever seen.

I only recommend them if you are trying to sell real estate and have a serious condition with the house you need to hide. They will definitely help with that. Another thing disappointing with them is that they also do not ensure you receive all keys at closing and allow owners to leave items in the home and come and go as they please after closing. BEWARE!!!!
