From the beginning James Yoder and his team stood out. One of the challenges for us was we were not local to work thru the contracts and to be there to help our mother if she had questions or needed a little help. James took the time to meet with my mother-in-law and explain the process along with the best options to meet her needs. His calm friendly demeanor and the time he took to explain everything put her at ease for the whole process. Anytime she had questions, he was just a call away. The real estate auction was very successful and netted us the results we needed. I had some concerns about the timing of the closing and a couple other potential issues which were me overthinking things. James took the time to explain what he would do to allay my concerns, all was good. The personal property auction team were also excellent. They efficiently inventoried, photographed and bundled the items in lots that would net good results during the auction. On the day of item pick-up, we were present to see them working with the individuals that had purchased the items. The team had their process down to a science and were very efficient in getting the items ready for the pick-up appointments. After the final real estate closing, we spent the next two days driving across country. A common topic while talking during the ride was how appreciative we were for the Kaufman team and how well they orchestrated the timing of the real estate auction, the property auction, the closings and the property pick-up. The team worked hard to minimize any inconvenience as we prepared to move our mother out of state. In summary, the team at Kaufman Auctions are efficient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The company truly cares about their clients and goes above and beyond. James and his team were a blessing to our family during this whole experience.
