Freddy is extremely friendly, helpful, upbeat, and professional. It was such a pleasure to work with him as the contact person throughout the project. Samantha was gracious enough to show me the actual piece of granite outside in the sunlight which makes a huge difference with lighting. David's precision, laser measurement is truly on-point. The installation crew was extremely careful & efficient. They texted with a 30 minute ETA first thing in the morning and the job was complete before I finished my second cup of coffee. We awoke last month to a very warm house. called our…read moreAC company and they sent out a serviceman immediately, who discovered that it was NOT our AC. It was a transfer unit to our generator that had a fried resistor. I called Pan American and sent a picture of the fried part to Patrick who sent out their technician, Adam, who replaced it on the spot. Then Patrick, went way above the call of duty and explained that our original Generac installer had put this panel in, but Generac does not recommend it; they recommend a hard-wired connection. Patrick said, if this happened again to get the AC company to hard-wire so that when the generator came on during a power outage, and the AC was on, this wouldn't happen again. Great work!

When both my washer and dryer started making loud noises, I called Major Appliance. They were on…read moretime for the appointment and called half an hour before they came. Within about five minutes they were able to diagnose the problem with the washer, but advised me to buy a new one instead of spending the money on a repair. They were able to fix the dryer, though. I thought their fee was reasonable. They were very polite and explained everything they did. As a bonus, both of the repairmen were veterans of the US armed services. I would recommend Major Appliance to anyone who needs an appliance repaired.

I arrived later, saw George and told him what his gal said over the phone. He said I'm sure I can find what you want for about $40. He could have easily said nothing and sold me the door (which was perfect for my needs) and made a full $60. But, George is honest and has always dealt that way.
