They were the lowest bid. But, after I picked out my stone. Ed suggested I order another slab to make the pattern cohesive. Which in turn made my project $1800 more. Then they miss measured the back splash on the breakfast bar. That made the bar part with a 1" gap between the cabinet. I called at least 12 times and talked to "Kelly" who assured me that the owner would return my call. Never received a call. I had to hire a finish carpenter to cover the 1" gap. I took over the receipt for $350. And again called multiple times to ask about reimbursement. Nothing. I paid them over $11,000. For my kitchen counters. You would think they would guarantee their work as stated on their website.

I receive a call back - not from Noel, but from the hapless salesperson who delayed my DIY project a month. When I expressed my frustration to him, he said ok, goodbye. Guess he's heard it all before. There are better flooring companies around. I'd avoid this one.

When he finally did, he was late. He measured and said he would give me a price within a couple of days. Weeks later--only after I reached out--I learned the paperwork had been sitting in his truck the whole time. After we finally placed the order, they quoted 8-12 weeks. That was fine. But once 12 weeks passed and I started calling for an update, no one in the office--including the person who took my payment--had any idea what company the shade had been ordered from or when it might arrive. I spoke with four different employees, and none could help. When I asked one man named Bruce when the owner would call me back, he said, "I guess whenever he calls." To be fair, the installation crew themselves were polite and kind. They even came back to fix mistakes from the first visit and were pleasant throughout. Unfortunately, the professionalism of the installers doesn't make up for the complete lack of communication and accountability from the office and owner. I cannot recommend this company and will never use them again.

He could have easily said nothing and sold me the door (which was perfect for my needs) and made a full $60. But, George is honest and has always dealt that way. I've purchased materials from him for 20 years now and will continue to check with him first on any of my needs.
