I scheduled a massage at Designer Group for a Saturday morning and upon my arrival, I was greeted warmly and led to a room. The atmosphere was cozy, quiet and relaxing and the woman who was going to massage me explained the process and left me instructions to prepare. The massage itself was excellent! She seemed to understand exactly where I was holding tension without needing to ask and worked those areas. She was very personable and friendly, as we chatted all throughout the massage, but I also think that if I had preferred quiet, she would have been fine with that. After the massage, she left me to dress and offered me a bottle of water. The receptionist was very friendly and as I paid, she asked if I'd like to schedule a future massage. As far as price, it was very reasonable for the quality of service I received. I will continue to go here for massages and would recommend it to anyone looking to relax. read more

Big shout out to Hayle!! She is always up beat and funny which puts you in a good mood as soon as you sit down! She listens to what I want and gets it right! If I'm wanting to change it up she's not afraid to try it.. She's amazing at waxing my eyebrows and when I need a touch up on my color she gets it right each time. When I got my extensions she showed me how to put them in and after doing it myself at home i was still having trouble she didn't hesitate at all in telling me to come to the salon whenever I got a chance and she would make time to show me again!! I give this salon and spa five stars. The owner was amazing and was able to accommodate our large Bridal party with unique spa packages and aloud us to throw an impromptu Bachelorette party in their beautiful facilities. The message was amazing and I was very pleased with my gel nails and pedicure. The wonderful staff had enough energy and personality to keep the good conversations flowing. All bridesmaids, sisters and mothers left feeing beautiful and relaxed. My mother left with a brand new hairstyle by Natasha that was perfection. And we all were done ahead of schedul! I was shopping around for a local spa/salon that could become my ''one stop shop'' for all my beauty maintenance needs. For someone who is allergic to certain scents and products it was not an easy task! So far I have been very happy with the quality and selection of services offered here. The facial treatments are my favorite and have been very effective. Hailey has gone above and beyond to help me get to my desired hair look. She made sure to inform me of the necessary steps to take care of my hair both in the salon and at home. She even went so far as to get me tape in hair extensions to help thicken my super fine hair. Best facial I've found in Findlay. I love facials. Ive had them in most major cities and even in Paris, the birthplace of skin care! I found the esthetician here (Mandie) to be more attentive, thorough and skilled than several more expensive spas I've been to, including Luxe Laser Center in Perrysburg (super overpriced). read more
