Called for an appointment and they got me in within the week. I arrived about 10 mins before my…read moreappointment, only to wait another 20 minutes before seeing a stylist. The receptionist and other workers that walked past continued to offer me tea or coffee for the long wait. They continued to check on me, but not in a bothering way. Every customer that came in after me they greeted promptly and with a smiling face. The stylist was apologetic and told me they had just moved locations and they were going through a transition when she finally came out. I understand hair and nail appointments can fall behind from one client to another so I was okay with waiting, especially since the staff kept apologizing. I saw Natasha for my hair trim and she was awesome! She kept in mind the length I wanted and explained to me the cut she thought would work best for my features and kept the conversations rolling! She complimented the shape to my face and was very polite through the entire process. Since they were new to the building, and I'm somewhat new to the area she gave me a tour of the building and services they offered after she was done with me hair! I would give them 5 stars if it wasn't for the 20 minute wait for my appointment. I will be sure to visit again!

Made an appointment here 2 weeks in advance. Arrived 10 minutes before and was seated at pedicure…read morechairs. 37 minutes later my pedicure began. I had another appointment at 1pm, and my pedicure had been scheduled for 11am. The man who was providing my service never said hello, and wasn't friendly, which is fine, but my "Codi" pedicure did not include several things I expected. I never received any type of callous removal, or dry skin exfoliation. I left with my feet feeling the way when I walked in. He did provide cuticle trimming and removed my gel nicely. The massage was abysmal - with a too nonchalant pressure and technique. Had I not been in a time crunch, I would've requested a new tech. I asked for a simple flower to be painted in orange on my big toes, with a blue base. My tech went and recruited a gal to come and do the design. I am shocked with what I left with, as it is not what I asked for, and a bit disappointing. Once again I was in a time crunch, and I had already asked her to make it bigger once. Please look at the image I was given. In addition to the basic design not being what I wanted (just tell me no next time if it can't be done) my gel is flooded to the cuticle on both big toes and will likely lift well before the 2 week mark. I would not expect this type of pedicure for $74. I left paying $90 for a pretty bad pedicure and meh design. Had I known the quality of work here, I would've done the cheapest pedicure and no design.

The nail tech was in a huge hurry to trim my cuticles and apply my polish. She did a horrible job! She didn't apply the polish up to the cuticles and it looks like crap. I won't be back.
