This was up until mid February when my weekly pool service suddenly stopped (NOT for lack of payment) and I was never given a reason why. I called, messaged, texted and NEVER once did I receive a response from their founder. I found that to be very unprofessional after so many years of service. I was very disappointed. My pool turned green after waiting three weeks before choosing another company to come out. They could have at least sent a letter out to customers notifying them of any recent changes or disruption of future service as noted here on Yelp (closed temporarily til Sept 2021).

Eric was very honest and knowledgeable, he gave me good pointers regarding the maintenance of the pool but I liked him so much I now have him doing the maintenance on my pool and it has never looked better!
