I was very nervous and since I had never worn a wig before, I had no idea about the process. I was promptly greeted when I entered the store and the ladies there were so friendly and understanding. They really listened to my concerns and what style I was interested in. They spent time with me in helping me pick something out. I decided on the one I wanted and they had to order the color. I paid for the wig and they said they would call when it came in. Less than a week later they called and told me it was in. The particular style I chose has bangs and Rita told me to take the wig and wear it for about a week, then come back and she would trim the bangs for me. She likes for a client to wear the wig for a wig to determine where you are going to wear the wig and therefore when the bangs are cut it won't end up being too short. She was very helpful on how to care for the wig. She really put me at ease and it was an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this store.

All of the staff is friendly and readily available to assist. Their only downfall in my opinion is the price of their wigs. They are overpriced and you're better off ordering online. I'm not someone who buys human hair wigs, so it feels crazy buying synthetic wig for nearly $70.
