I had to call my bank to cancel my card as I saw I was bamboozled . I understand if things come up however if it was the other way around the client would be charged an arm and a leg for being late, no show or rescheduling. All of the staff is friendly and readily available to assist. Their only downfall in my opinion is the price of their wigs. They are overpriced and you're better off ordering online. I'm not someone who buys human hair wigs, so it feels crazy buying synthetic wig for nearly $70.

Immediately after making the purchase, I received an order confirmation with a delivery date that was not overnight; it was for four days later. I immediately contacted them and they told me they have no control over that. If I placed an order with you and selected express overnight for an extra $50 and immediately got a confirmation saying it would not be delivered overnight, how do you not have control over that? It is not like it got lost in the mail, which would have been UPS's fault. They knew as soon as I placed the order that it would not be delivered overnight. They refused to refund the $50 delivery fee. They had horrible customer service when I talked to them (several times), and they ruined my daughter's prom. If I had known they could not deliver it overnight, I would have ordered it elsewhere. You would think they would just refund the $50 instead of risking losing a customer and getting a bad review, but I guess the $50 meant more to them. Do not waste your hard-earned money ordering from them online; you never know what will happen
