When we narrowed it down to 3 recliners he helped us by giving us a out the door total for each along with delivery/availability windows for each. He never rushed us or pressured us and made the transaction very smooth and enjoyable. I recommend this La-z-boy if you're in the El Paso area...and I recommend Mark if he's available!
