This company absolutely sucks. The staff (mainly Tania) are very condescending and rude. If you are…read moremilitary don't even look in their direction. They seem to have a personal vendetta against them and it shows. When it comes to work orders be prepared to be left hanging until they find some barely competent people to bandaid the issue. I will say the only nice person who seems to get things in order is Sergio who I assume is the manager in maintenance. We had an issue where the ac went out after David (a handyman they contracted) broke a piece that goes to ac unit during a maintenance call. He didn't come back to fix it and I had to keep calling the office to send someone out. The house reached 90 degrees and I had a newborn baby in house. After the third day, I called a ac company to fix the ac unit. It cost me almost $500 and when I tried to get reimbursed by ARP, they said they wouldn't based off me not asking for permission to have someone fix the unit even though they were aware of the issue. I had to go back and forth with them for almost two weeks just to get a response and reimbursement. The lack of urgency and concern for their tenants was nowhere to be found. They are quick to take your money and take their sweet time to give your deposit back even then they will find some reason not give you the full amount back. If you rent with this company, good luck man.

We have asked many times for them to be fixed and no one ever shows. FINALLY we get someone to come out and fix it, and then ARP charges US!!! What the actual Hell?! I'm not paying for damages that were so clearly documented prior to move in. They've been impossible, but we're done now. Turning in 30 days and RUNNING. I'm sure they will try to keep our full deposit, and I will fight them. Crooks!!

First off, they are very responsive and communicative, which is arguably the most important quality in a PM company. I really appreciate that they proactively reach out to me just to give me status updates, which is definitely not a quality in some of the PMs I've worked with elsewhere. They also are very knowledgeable about the market and quickly adapt to it; I've never had a property sit vacant for long while it was in their hands. Finally, they're very transparent about their costs, fees, and services, and really look out for you as a client. If you're looking for a great property management company, I highly recommend Dale, Lisa, and the associates at Northern Pass Properties!

Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else…read more I was a tenant for three years and never missed a single payment--even after relocating to another city for work. Instead of helping a responsible tenant, this company told me I had to continue paying every month for the remainder of my lease AND pay a lease-break fee before they would even assist in finding another tenant. The responsibility to market the home and find replacements was pushed onto me. So that's exactly what I did. I paid rent every single month on a house I wasn't living in while also paying for another apartment in a different city. I maintained the property, referred qualified applicants, and worked with the leasing office while they accepted and processed those applications. They knew I had moved. They knew I wasn't renewing. They accepted my written notice months before my lease ended. Then, after collecting six more months of rent from me, they decided that wasn't enough. After my lease expired, they suddenly claimed my written notice didn't count and demanded another month's rent based on a requirement that does not exist anywhere in my lease. Conveniently, this "requirement" was never mentioned during the six months we communicated about my relocation, my move-out, or the applicants they were processing. After paying tens of thousands of dollars in rent over three years without ever missing a payment, this is how they chose to end the relationship--with an attempt to collect money beyond what I believe my lease requires. If you're considering renting here, understand that being a reliable tenant does not mean you'll be treated fairly. Read every word of your lease, keep every email and text message, and don't assume the written contract will be interpreted the way it's written. Based on my experience, I would never rent from this company again, and I would strongly encourage others to look elsewhere.

If you want property managers who are going to hang up on you, go with El Paso home rentals ‍. To make this story short, the move out was the worst. After fighting to get an itemized list of the charges, finally I did and they charged me $15 per light bulb that was out. These bulbs were out when I moved in and I don't own a 30 foot ladder to reach them anyways. They also charged me $30 for a missing blind closer. I'm guessing a good hole new blind. First off these are still metal blinds for prob 2006 era. They all needed to be replaced before we moved in. I am in the military and have been renting for over 25 years and never once have I have any money taken from my security deposit. They are crooks just looking for every penny they can get. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. I tried disputing the charges only to receive some BS reply about everything I wrote. Keep your money and I will tell everybody I know that's moving to El Paso to stay away from you at all cost. I will also actively try to get you placed Ft Bliss blacklist since you scan people. You should be audited for how many times you have done this to someone. Good luck and enjoy my money! Here is a breakdown of the charges: 1. Replace burnt out/missing bulbs throughout the home $60.00 2. Cleaning pantry shelves in dining room $15.00 3. Replace missing rod on right window blind in kitchen $30.00 4. Paint to match touch up in 3rd bedroom closet and near bathroom entrance $145.00 Also, when vendors replace missing or burnt out bulbs they find us the best quality bulbs, or at the least they look to replace them with the same quality as the rest of the home has. Now, granted, they are not that expensive, but most vendors will not invoice less than $15.00 per bulb replaced and will charge more if they are high ceilings replacements. We had them change 4 bulbs throughout the home per what I see in our inspection. So, with that being said, I'm afraid I can't help to reverse those charges. Just a few things they said to me...

I'm an out of state homeowner in El Paso and was searching for a local realtor to help me sell my house which was in utter disarray. I contacted several realtors and of that only 2 responded. Jessica and one other. The other "Ran" away after I advised o wanted to sell "as is", not enough commission I'm guessing. When Jessica contacted me and saw the home, I have to admit I thought she was going to run as well. However, I was totally wrong!! She explained her strategy and ideas and she started working her magic. During the process I took notice of the outstanding qualities she brings to her clients. She is ethical, aggressive when she needs to be, communicates regarding the processes and reps as they occur, good and not so good. Plus periodically her assistant Valeria would take her place in order that communication was steadily and consistently flowing. An issue arose with a potential buyer and Jessica really showed her client customer service by protecting my interests. Needless to say, I took time to offer details of my experience with Realtor Jessica Ortiz because sometimes good reputable services are difficult to find. So with that said, if you're selling or buying a home in the El Paso area, if you contract with Jessica Ortiz and her assistant Valeria Uribe, your interests, wishes, and real estate needs will absolutely be a top priority for these 2 professionals!!
