We were planning to rent additional vases for a couple hundred dollars and they did not end using them. The venue made sure I was aware of this too (because they used their vases instead). Since they did not use them, I asked to be refunded for what I paid for the additional vases (nothing else) and was basically ignored. I was told they were sending a check, never received one... then followed up a couple times and never heard back.
