I knew there was something wrong because that year I barely made 35k and still, I got discounted Federal and State taxes like crazy on my paychecks throughout 2018. In like around 30-45 minutes, after I brought all the paperwork Maya asked for, they filed 2019 and re-filed 2018. The cross streets are Patterson and Hollister. The hours are very accommodating; although during this time as we are going through COVID-19 the way appointments are handled have changed. I get it is busy during tax season but you need some level of communication. It is 2020 now and I all of the sudden get notice from the IRS that he never even filed our taxes! I switched to a new accountant this year before even knowing this and so glad I did. I wish this did not happen as Matt is so sweet, but business is business and I would not recommend Matt for taxes. Also I thought he was a CPA and he is not.
