I am selecting a rating of one because I think I have to select a rating here. However, if I could…read moregive no rating, I would. I just wanted to share that I'm very disappointed with the service and attention that I have received, or lack there of, from this provider and clinic. This provider came highly recommended to me and in searching for a new care provider and being new to the area, I had scheduled an appointment with her a month ago. Unfortunately, I got Covid and had to cancel that appointment. I was able to reschedule that appointment for today, but as I am unfamiliar with the office I had to call the office a few times and ask where I was going, and although I kept in communication with the office and made it within the 15 minute grace period, Dr Nazneen Ahmed conveyed through her secretary that she cannot see me because she is so busy. It is appalling to see and hear that as a new patient this is how you would be treated at her clinic and by her team. Apparently, to Dr. Nazneen Ahmed, it does not matter if you're trying to establish care and find a provider as she clearly conducts her business without any compassion, grace, or integrity despite following her rules. And while I hope that the people who are receiving care from her are having their needs met, this was a very poor first impression and I will be seeking to establish care elsewhere. Because if somebody takes the time to show you who they are, you should listen and pay attention. I truly cannot stress how disappointing and upsetting this experience was.

Both my husband and I have been with his practice for 5 years. Everyone is kind and professional and efficient. Appts are easy to make. Waiting time, if any, is brief. They listen to what you say, you're never made to feel rushed, they give you options, and they guide you to the best path of treatment. Labs can be drawn there with results given within appropriate times. Return calls are always completed. For me, Dr Salvi is old-school, and that's a compliment for those of us who remember how doctors used to be......so with much gratitude to Dr Salvi and his team, and with much encouragement to the reader, you would be most happy at this practice. Blessings.

Dr. Salvi is warm and friendly and shares himself as a real person. He is the first doctor we've had in a long time who really seems to give you his full, caring attention. He contributes useful practical information in a discussion and brings good common sense into his practice as well as medical expertise. I love seeing a doctor who has expertise but also respects his clients' experience and the information they bring to the table. As I said to him, I think we've finally found our doc!!

Things went wrong early on, and I discovered that the medical office of Dr. Alex Sanchez was a…read moreplace in which I would not like to return. Oh, I gave it a shot, but was sent down a rabbit hole quickly. I visited because my husband had been seeing Dr. Sanchez for a while, and I needed to see a dr. for my shoulder. I was scheduled to see Lady Bowennsheim, an Advance Nurse Practitioner--not sure about that title, but I figured she was a PA. Problem #1, she could barely speak English. eeek. She ordered an x-ray for my arm, and since I hadn't had blood work done in a while, they administered blood tests. Additionally, I wanted to talk about weight loss drugs, specifically, Wegovy. Lady immediately suggested I see a psychiatrist. HUH? She recommended a drug several times, and I kept asking about Wegovy. She finally admitted she did not know what Wegovy was. HUH? Once I got back to planet Earth, I looked up the drug she referred to, and found that it causes suicidal thoughts, and was NOT used for weight loss. Furthermore, she never called for a follow up call, and I didn't receive the blood test results. After much pestering on my behalf, I received those. I then followed up with Dr. Sanchez, who was aware of the misrecommendation, and he lazily glossed over it. A month or so later, I went for the mammogram that was ordered, and found questionable cells. That test was followed up by more diagnostics, and finally a biopsy. Not once did Dr. Sanchez follow up with me. HUH? I put a quick end to that relationship. This odyssey doesn't end with me. My husband had been seeing Dr. Sanchez for a couple of years. He was diagnosed with high blood pressure, and issued meds for the condition. All along, my husband complained about Dr. Sanchez, "He talks about me in Spanish to his nurse"; He's never shown me or talked in detail with me about blood test results"; I've complained to him that I don't feel balance in terms of blood pressure--something's wrong", to name a few. My husband now sees my new dr., who quickly realized my husband was on the wrong high blood pressure medicine. It was only good for 12 hours--something Dr. Sanchez failed to mention, and indicate on the scrip. I guess that explains why his blood pressure was 177 over 90. HUH? Let me sum this all up: this guy is a quack, completely unconcerned about his patients, clueless about prescriptions, hires immigrants who are not informed and barely know how to speak our native language. And, get this: he doesn't accept insurance. HUH?

I suppose I will have to cancel the surgery.
