The people at the front desk were polite and smiled as they told us where to go to get to radiology. The check-in desk at radiology had a very attentive person who was quick to welcome us and get the paperwork going. We were seen about 5 minutes after check-in and the staff in charge of setting up the testing were courteous to my father, who is hard-of-hearing. The procedure took about 1.5 hours and I was able to stay in an adjacent waiting room with a tv, which was perfect as my 3-year-old was with me. After the procedure, the nurses took us to the exit and were very complementary to my father, who fell asleep during the testing. We ended up eating at the cafeteria downstairs and left feeling positive about the entire experience.

Overall great experience…read more I arrived there 10 mins before they opened. They invited me in even though they weren't officially opened yet. Smiles on their faces, clean waiting area. I explained to them i was on vacation and didn't have an appointment because i thought open door was a walk-in facility. They said it was fine and i would be seen right away. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding of my situation. I can never repay the outstanding care i received on that day, i instantly felt relief and just felt like everything went smooth. I hope they read this because they need to know how awesome they are. I said I don't think this type of service is covered in a travel policy. They asked to see the card anyways and they said they would call and check. I received bills totaled $1500. They originally quoted me $70. It has put me in a stressful economic situation. I tried to call to resolve several times and they do not call me back.

Appt took 2 hours and I was the only patient in the building from start to finish. During the check in process they refused to give pricing stating a sliding scale. I informed them I probably made too much to qualify. Didn't get the price until check out. Over $360 for the meningococcal vaccine. Would highly not recommend CVS is cheaper.

My wife and I have been going to DuPage Medical for 15 years. It was actually called something else…read morewhen we started. Anyhow, they offer services that are uncommon at most medical practices. No matter if its a test or a procedure, most likely they offer it. They have locations all over the area so they are easy to get to. This appointment was for my wife. This particular office was friendly, professional and clean. The doctor was great as well. What more can a person ask for? It was too far from home for us. We went here twice. So future appointments will be at another DMG location closer to home.

Dupage Medical Group has always been my provider and I've never had a problem prior to the Duly…read moremerger. All Duly doctors are in my network from Blue Cross. Duly knows this and in fact charges me the in network fee at the time of the appointment which I promptly pay. Recently, Blue Cross has started saying that my doctors are out of network. They say that it is because Duly has provided incorrect information and needs to correct it. Duly's response to me is that they have done nothing wrong. File a complaint with the insurance company. I have probably spent 10 hours of my waning life on this. It almost seems like somebody made a big bonus slashing the back office expenses for the next hedge fund sale. I guess that trying hard to return Ill gotten insurance proceeds would also have a deleterious impact on net operating income for that next hedge fund sale. I am writing this for 3 reasons: 1. I would actually like some help with this from the company for a change. 2. If there is something systematic in this, there may be many other old codgers who have been paying too much (as I did before I noticed what was going on) because they thought Duly was the same old Dupage Medical Group who they had come to trust. 3. Next hedge fund: Look very closely at how much you'll have to spend to rebuild the decimated back office or refund improper billings. Further, if anyone else is experiencing this in network/out of network phenomenon with Duly, one of the Duly miscues that Blue Cross mentioned to me is that they had a mismatching Federal Tax ID for my doctor. The ID on the billing did not match the Federal Tax ID which Duly had given to Blue Cross. If they don't match, I'm told that Blue Cross considers it out of network. This "might" be an honest mistake with a merger. Saying it is the patient's problem is unconscionable.
