I’m Tammy-anne Deslongchamps, the founder of Deslongchamps Recovery. I lived in addiction for over 25 years while raising five beautiful children. They grew up watching me self-destruct, and later, as adults, struggled with addiction themselves. After I finally found sobriety, one of the hardest moments of my life was realizing my children were still suffering. That pain changed me forever. I promised myself that if I could stay sober, I would spend my life helping others heal—not just individuals, but entire families. My journey wasn’t perfect. I relapsed, we struggled, and we hurt together. But I never let go of hope. Today, after many years of sobriety, I’ve turned that promise into reality.
