The water in the vase was dirty and flowers had already bloomed. My mom called Martha's Florist and the first person she spoke with was able to assist and said they would send her new flowers the following Monday. I called my mom to ask if her new flower arrangement arrived and she said no. My mom called Martha's Florist and she spoke to someone who works at Martha's Florist and told them about the dirty water in the vase and the awful smell that was coming from the flower arrangement. My mom told them the flowers arrived two days late and they were supposed to send another arrangement in place of the other one. My mom told me that the second person she spoke to was rude and kept interrupting her. She told my mom, "if your daughter wanted the flowers delivered the same day she should've paid for same day delivery" When my mom told her I paid the fee and they still didn't arrive the Martha's Florist employee kept interrupting her. My mom asked for her name and she refused to give it to her and told her she was the one that designed the arrangements DON'T purchase from Martha's Florist...awful customer service!!! Giving 1 star because I have to NOT because I want to.
