I live in a different state than Jessica's Flowers and found them when I was calling florists in the area where my friend lives in TX regarding a delivery to my friend. I worked w Jessica over the phone on my order. I haven't interacted w someone so nice in ages! Jessica was beyond helpful answering my questions and helping me find the right selection. Her shop was closing soon and I didn't have all the delivery information she needed. She ever so kindly crafted a plan for how/when we should talk next/share info while also explaining what steps she was doing to keep my order moving so there'd be no delay in my friend being able to receive the order. Jessica was the florist for my daughter's wedding, and her flowers really "made" the wedding! The overall comments from the wedding all included that it was "beautiful", and Jessica's flowers were the reason why (well, okay, other than my gorgeous daughter!). All of the flowers we ordered were delivered, they were on time, they were labeled clearly, and were of great workmanship. The bride's bouquet was just as we had requested and was stunning. She made the pew hangers just as we'd requested that could double as pew hangers then be used on vases for the reception tables. The best though were the 4 arrangements she made for the church. When they brought them in, I thought they were gorgeous, then she told me they didn't even have the tops on yet. Oh my! I bought two large and two medium arrangements, and I got so much more than that. I would've called them Large and XL at least! They really were stunning! She also called me the day before to ask if I had a preference in vases instead of just assuming which I'd like. She had great professional advice about what would make the flowers show up on the dresses or with each other to not get lost in the greenery. The one thing I'd want to know though is that she doesn't use email, so that's a little tricky at times. However, her friendly & helpful attitude and floral design skill is well worth it!
