I am a very hard worker even though I am disabled and loved my job and the customers. Unfortunately this is a very shady place run by very shady people. It was parked behind their business, no work started.They were waiting for the insurance company to send a supplement.They inform us the hail damage team had left and would be back in 2 weeks SO we made an appointment and carried it back. What was scheduled 3-4 days ended up 8 days. We've had to take it back at least 3 times and not satisfied with the work yet. It had white substance on hood (glue), what looked like bubbles (they call trash) which they corrected. There is a Nick in the paint which they denied happened at their shop. Haven't told them about this yet but there is also a film on the windshield,they will have to clean that off. Lastly our car doors squeak when opened wide, I'm just stating they didn't squeak before the car went into their shop, hope no one was standing on the doors to get to the hail damage on the roof. Hemingways believe they do quality work, but I'm here to say it was not demonstrated on our vehicle. I hope our experiences with Hemingways doesn't happen to other patrons. We wanted to support Desoto Parish business but will not be taken any more of ours to this particular one. Hope this helps Sandra
