Amazing job with balayage and a blow dry! Melime did wonders with my hair color, I love the shade and the level of contrast. Cecilia did a beautiful styling, I got so many compliments. Conveniently, I had a date right after my hair appointment and the guy couldn't stop taking my photos. A really great experience from booking the appointment to the consultation and the actual service at the salon. I came here for a mani-pedi as recommended and booked by our hotel Le Meurice. The mani-pedi was awesome! By the end of it I decided I wanted the tips of my hair highlighted grey... and that is where the nightmare began. Two or three men surrounded me for the "consultation." After 20 minutes of back and forth it seemed I had gotten the image of what I wanted my hair to look like across. They showed me a picture and I said I liked it. To give some context on my hair: I have curly mixed hair, I have dyed my hair in the past and generally understand what I like or how something will turn out. I have been growing it out for a year. After the consultation they began to straighten my hair--huge red flag when they started combing CHUNKS of my HEALTHY hair out because they don't know how to brush/comb curly hair. I asked them to be careful and if they have experience with my type of hair. They assured me they did. After three stylists pulled out half of my hair to straighten it (with no product to protect it, by the way) they moved on to bleaching... immediately I realized that they're bleaching too much, and I told them it's not what I want. They disregarded my concerns and told me to let them work. They continued until I get very upset. Eventually I got the bleach rinsed out. By this time I wanted nothing to do with this salon. But it gets worse! Without my permission they began to DYE my HAIR. No, not once, but TWICE! Long story short, I'm left with undesired long strands of bleached hair. I will get the dye job done elsewhere. If you want a good cut or color how you would like it don't even step in this salon--- because they obviously don't care. read more

I first went to this salon back in July 2014 and came out very happy with my highlights. However upon my last visit this week I went through a nightmare. I asked for the same colorist but this time came out with orange highlights on half of my head and large patches at the back of my head he missed. It was a real disaster. I got friends to take pictures and came back the following day and asked them to fix the colour. The fixed it but upon drying my hair the hairdresser kindly informed me that the back of my head was still a disaster and if I still had the courage to start over again.... Of course I said having spend over 300 Euros I wanted a good result. The poor colorist was loosing his patience by then and amended my hair again. Upon getting my coat to leave the receptionist informs me that I have a bill of 90 Euros. I said excuse me, I had to come back as the result was not achieved. She said that the bill was for the hair mask and blow dry. I said how was I suppose to leave the hair dresser and see the result with wet hair ??? The manager came out and said that it was my fault as I had not been done highlights for the last 6 months. I said I always do them every 6 months and last summer they did a great job. He then came out with the most ridiculous comment, you did your last highlights in the summer so the quality of my hair was different from today. I respect hairdressers, but it's not rocket science neither !!!! I would not recommend this hair salon at all and would not trust them in the slightest. read more

I just telephoned to make a group reservation and was 'greeted' with the rudest receptionist I have ever come across in my life. Prices on the website do not reflect those on the website, when I asked about the difference between two make up services, she was exceptionally rude and unable to explain and then to top it off, the opening hours are incorrect on their website.
