It was well worth the research. I called and a left a message and received a returned call immediately. I spoke with Brian the owner and explained the issues and situation, he was patient, and respectful, with excellent customer service. Brain scheduled a certain time to send Jim his technician out the same day. GREAT! Jim called thirty minutes before arrival time to let us know that he was on his way. Upon arrival, he introduced himself; I explained as best as I could and showed him our air conditioner. Jim examined the air conditioner and was very explicit with pointing out each detail what the problems were. I could see that it was (TWO MANY). I can confidently say this company met our expectations with their attention to detail and commitment to QUALITY and VALUE. We met Brian the owner in person, who reiterated about the history of the small company he owns, which we had already read. Brian the owner delivered exactly what was promised the same day. The quality, service, VALUE, and the overall experience has made us happy. (HINT) from experience, we learned that larger companies with their fleet of vehicles to service the public isn't always the best. John is a no nonsense man with a dry personality. A person just has to know how to take him and realize he does not want to waste his and others time. John answered the phone and told me no he could not help me . After a few minutes he called me back and said that he would. He showed up quickly, completed his task and he was nice to my animals. His charge was more than reasonable and he helped me tremendously. If anyone needs an electrician I recommend calling Four Seasons. From my experience John does have a heart to help if and when he can. Maybe John can learn to come across more compassionate over the phone in instances he cannot help. People will remember that . I lost all confidence in Boutwells and they did a terrible install of this system on the third service call I through them out of my house and brought in Josh and his company Emerald Coast Cooling and this was best decision I ever made. System was finally repaired properly and while waiting for the new parts the system was made to where we still had AC during the long wait for the repair parts. Josh knows what he is doing his service and pricing is best in the market. Trust, Quality, Value, Service he hits it across the board.
