I really do love this place!! Dr Weibe, Daniel, Finesse and all the office personnel are awesome to work with. They make you feel so welcome and they always give you great ideas on skincare. I have been going here for a year now and I can't think of going anywhere else. They have so many skincare avenues in the office for everyone. They are very personable and really take interest in you as a person. Just really good people. I really wish they would run more specials on Botox and Fillers. It is a bit expensive for the pocket book. I just think specials bring people in to your business and promoting them is a great idea also. Keeping up on social media concerning your specials is good for business also. This is the only reason I would have given this business a rating of 4.5. I was looking into trt therapy so they did blood work and I'm told within a week probably Monday they will have the results and call me this is on a Friday . I call them the following Friday after hearing nothing . Im told to call back Monday the manager is out and they are the only one allowed to read me my lab results . Okay I call back Monday get the results read take a few quick notes while on the phone at work . The manager tells me I'll revieve a call very soon when they call in my prescription. After a day or so and no call I call them and can't hear for all the construction going on in their office . I finally get them on the phone the following week and get cutoff as Im told they need $50 to call in the prescription .So I was charged $323 originally for a 50$ consult and labs so $273 for trt labs and 50$ more to call in the prescription after several phone calls and a ton of hassle.

waste of time and money!…read more I went in suspecting infection. it was a Saturday where they had 2 doctors, 3 support staff, and minimal patients (as in less than 3 when I arrived. I waited for two hours. Then the doc refused to do more than a urine culture and prescribed antibiotics that are a sister to penicillin which I'm allergic to. doc said if my reaction to penicillin wasn't bad, I should be able to take them. I explained I don't know what my reaction is like as the allergy was discovered in infancy. She disregarded that and prescribed it anyway. Immediately after the appt, I called asking for a safe antibiotic and to speak w a supervising doctor or office manager. I was told one of those would be calling me back. the offending doctor called me back and prescribed another antibiotic. I got off the phone and checked to make sure it was safe to take with my existing conditions. it's not. never heard from anyone in the office.
