And, the owner Ms Jill Romano has planned several outstanding vacations for me to Europe! These trips are exactly what I enjoy and every detail is planned is taken care of which eliminates my stress! I took a trip to Croatia last September during the COVID pandemic. It couldn't have been easier! Jill and her colleagues took care of COVID tests (provided sites and sent a nurse to my hotel for rapid PCR) with the travel arrangements! Also, I was traveling as a single woman and guess what... amazing!!!! Not scary!!! I highly recommend traveling at this time and calling Dimensions in Travel to help plan your life changing adventure!!!!

First call into the agency, I was passed Around at least 3 times before someone was able to assist me. I was VERY clear with the agent that we wanted luxury hotels- prefer smaller boutique properties near sights BUT quiet- no nightclubs or hotels on busy main boulevards. Agent promised to send a few suggestions next day or so. Finally after about a week, she submitted her suggestions. I checked them out on Trip Advisor and guess what....her first choice for us was rated poorly due to LOUD, noisy rooms! When I pointed this out, she said " oh you are right!". Long story short, we are now at least 3 months since my first contact and we STILL do not have the promised arrangements finalized. I called her to ask when we would have it. She was not available so I left a voice message. When she called me, I was busy and asked her to call me in 10 minutes. An hour later, still no call, so I give up and go online and book my first hotel myself. I want to be sure we have a place to stay after a long flight overnight from the US. I call her back again and she says" oh I forgot about you". That was about a month ago, the trip is almost upon us and I STILL do not have all arrangements made. Horrible experience.

Not a trustworthy provider…read more I made an appointment and told them I was headed to two locations in Africa. When I showed up Passport Health's representative spent half an hour trying to upsell me to more products than I needed, refused to answer questions about which of the 8 or so vaccines were really important, and refused to give me the four vaccines that my research had identified as essential. I tried to redirect Passport Health's representative several times, eventually walked out and got all vaccines at CVS within an hour for under $200. My wife, who sat through the whole show, paid nearly $1,000 to Passport Health for the same vaccines. They are not honest, and treat medical consultations like you are sitting through a time share pitch. Just do your own research and go to a pharmacy.

We've taken two cruises so far with Concierge and both times Ole has taken care of ALL the little details like printing out our boarding passes and sending laminated luggage tags. Those seem like small things but when life gets hectic it's kind of nice to know there's someone in your corner making sure you don't have to remember that stuff. We recently booked a third cruise for 8 people for next year. Ole found the best deal and alerted us to ways to save a bit of money as well. I know that Ole does a lot more than just cruises.
