Dental Hygienist at Fortson only have 2 years experience, the Dental Hygienist I see now has 11years experience. I went there to get a filling and they damaged my tooth when I told them about what had happened and how the person working on my teeth damage my tooth. They did not believe me and expected me to pay for their mistake. It looks like they were creating future work for themselves. receptionist are very incompetent, every time I came there was problem with my insurance I've had the same insurance and same palce of work ever since I came to this establishment, why there was a problem with my insurance. Every time I had an appointment this was beyond me it gave me scammer vibes. Dr. Hood had insured me that she was qualified to do a root canal. midway through the procedure. She said she was not able to do it and had to send me to a specialist. when I went to the specialist Dr. Hood had billed my insurance for doing the root canal she couldn't do. I had issues with getting the specialist to the procedure because my insurance had already been billed for a root canal that was never completed. the root canal that Dr. Hood could not do in the first place. There was a huge back-and-forth between Dr. hood, my insurance and the root canal specialist. Long story short I will never be going back to this Zoo again as they have proven multiple times that they are a irresponsible and dishonest dental practice.
