The downstairs reception area doesn't have AC, but is equipped with a lot of fans, which is a great bonus. It has a white ceiling which is great for photographer's lighting. The ceremony space is under a beautiful oak tree, with benches. The only downside is that from a photographer's point of view the ceremony site is angled in a way that you get a lot of distracting items in the background when capturing people coming down the aisle. The property itself is gorgeous to photograph the couple on, there is a long drive filled with huge oak trees with Spanish moss hanging down. When the sun sets it streams through these trees creating a beautiful warm glow. There are cows and horses in the fields next door completing that country style. All in all it's a great barn venue. I've just knocked off one star for the lack of AC and the distractions in the background from my point of view.

A table fell on two of our guests and no apologies were given. The 360 photo booth was supposed to be manned for 3 hours but we only got 2 hours because of staffing. The staff was friendly but seemed to be untrained in service. The owner then had the audacity to text for additional funds! Beware...Beware...Beware!!!!
