They also never showed up or answered the phone and charged me a reservation for the detailing online ahead of time! And they aren't even in operation! What type of business is this? Thankfully fast lane classic cars came in clutch and were able to get the car detailed last minute and save the day! And for less money I was quoted here! Don't waste your time here.

This shop could've just fixed it all, and not put time and effort into it. But that is what they did they ordered the new pieces which took longer than originally planned. They worked diligently with my insurance agency. And one of the adjusters said this is one of his favorite shops to work with because they are knowledgeable, great with communication and do amazing work.

Since regular repair shops won't touch core supports, I had to go with a body shop, and with the recent hail I figured I'd be waiting weeks on end. My car was completed in a matter of days and came in significantly less than the estimate. Everyone there was super friendly, communication was great, and the work was done perfectly. I don't particularly want to need a body shop again anytime soon, but if I do, I'll be back at Don's.

A little back story: I was a victim of the snow storm we received in Feb 2021. Couldn't stop sliding and hit a guard rail. Completely wiped out the front of my car. I took my car to them same day and they got me all set up that day! It took about two weeks for them to be done. The wait was due to the parts (I'm sure Covid and the snow storm did not help). They stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process: when they ordered, the delivery date, and even the complete date which they beat by two days!!! I definitely recommend these guys especially if you have a high end/luxury car.
