The level of service that this place provides is absolutely unbelievable. I have never felt the inclination to rave about any auto body or auto repair shop in my life, but after going here twice for small repairs and being so impressed with the service and courtesy of the staff, I just had to write this. Rob, the service manager, is one of the nicest and most helpful people I've met. I went to him first about a month ago after knocking my right mirror off when it hit a mailbox. He helped me replace it for $200 less than any of the three other quotes I got: he only charged me for the cost of the part (without markup) and refused to charge me for labor since it was took so little time to put the new mirror on. Then today we had to stop by again since the undercover had come loose. I was expecting about $150 or more to replace it, but he pointed it out that it could be fixed just by putting in a screw to hold it up. And then he did this as a complimentary service, refusing payment for his labor. Now, I don't want to suggest that anyone should expect free service going here (I don't think any business can survive with that kind of model, lol), but it just demonstrates that they are very honest, courteous, and eager to help. I don't know where to even start. Everyone at Harvestowne Auto Body is amazing and helped me through my unfortunate time. When I first got into a car accident I was so overwhelmed of everything I needed to do and they really put me at ease. I called Rob and did a phone interview to make sure this was the place I wanted to bring my car to. My car is my baby and I proceeded to tell him that. Rob assured me that they will do everything in their power to get my car back to be in better condition that they received it in. Talk about going above and beyond, Rob text me progress of my car just about every step of the way. In the middle of the update he even took the time to teach me a few things about my car and cars in general since I like to always learn. They have been in service for thirty-some odd years and they even told us that they will be expanding soon to make more room for their shop. When I went to pick up my car they stayed beyond work hours just to go over all my paperwork and the work they did on my car with my dad and I. They never once rushed us or made us feel like we were a burden. I HIGHLY recommend them and if I for some unfortunate reason need auto body work done again, I WILL be using them again without question. read more

Great experience. My truck was damaged in a parking lot and I chose Harvestowne Auto Body to repair the damage. Rob and his father, Bob; were both very professional, taking the time to explain everything needing to be done. The finished repair was perfect. I could not have been more pleased. Even knowing where the truck had been damaged, I could not tell after they completed their work. The body repair technician did an excellent job and the paint was a perfect match. I viewed the paint in bright sunlight and could not see any difference between the paint used on the repair and the paint on the rest of the truck. Rob informed me they did not require two items he had quoted in the original estimate and removed their cost, lowering the price of the overall repair. In summary; Harvestowne Auto Body did an excellent job repairing my truck. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and honest people who strive for, and obtained, perfection, in repairing my truck. read more

This place is great! They really care about customer service. The latch broke on the passenger door of the van my husband uses for work. The van only has the 2 front seats because it is for hauling. Rob from Harvestowne called to say it was ready and I asked to pay over the phone and they lock the key inside so we could pick it up later (I wouldn't have been able to get there by 6 when they close). They don't take credit cards over the phone so Rob offered to go pick up my husband. Well, my husband is at home with our toddler son and since the van only has 2 seats our son can't ride in the van. Rob offered to drive our van to our house and have my husband pay him with a check. He was willing to go out of his way to get us back our vehicle! I just want everyone to know that this is an establishment worth doing business with. They are family owned so GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS :) read more

These guys are seriously as good as it gets. Unfortunately, we've had the occasion to see them MUCH more than I'd like (for some reason our cars keep getting hit while parked). The owner, Joe, is just the best. He's always been the one to answer the phone when I call and is friendly, helpful, and accurate with estimates and advice. The other people I've met there have been extremely friendly and helpful as well - none of the usual cocky treatment that women tend to get in this industry. And the most important thing: you'd never know that my cars have been hit multiple times by looking at them. Their work is flawless. If you live anywhere close, you should definitely consider taking your car here, even if it's for their detailing service. Great service and workmanship. I'm a car guy and pay very close attention to the little details and their work is A++. Gaps line up well, the painted area blends perfectly to the existing paint, and you really cant even tell it was ever damaged. I was referred to Bob by my Allstate agent. Someone broke the lock on my G35 coupe in an unsuccessful attempt to break into my car. Infiniti wanted to replace the entire assembly. I took my car in to get the roof painted during Christmas week, and they were able to turn it around and have it back to me before Christmas Eve.
