I can never reach them by phone, so I always have to book an appointment through their website…read more When you pull in, drive around back to the far right, and tell the staff what you booked, I booked the "full package clean", so I had to pull in, and they hand-washed my car first, and then I pulled to the front of the business, and they cleaned inside my car. They don't have a waiting room for customers, so you need to stand outside while they clean your car (There aren't a ton of shops nearby to walk to while they clean your car). Box-in-Hand does an amazing job cleaning your car. I had some stains on my fabric seats, and they got them removed!! My steering wheel was popped out of place while they were cleaning the car, and it wasn't locked when they finished. I didn't even realise it wasn't locked in until I was pulling onto the road, so I had to pull over and lock it. They move your seat adjustments, steering wheel, and windows to clean the car, so don't be an idiot like me and take 2 minutes to make sure your steering wheel is locked before you leave. Besides that, the staff is kind, and my car looks great.

Lisa answered the phone and was extremely professional from start to finish. She understood the urgency of the situation, I would've had to drive for 3 hours from Harrisburg to New York City with the stench of vomit (ugh). She was able to squeeze me in and vacuum/shampoo/sanitize the back seat of the car. The actual shop is literally a small garage with a banner. There's plenty of parking and the entrance is an unmarked side door. The cost was extremely reasonable and Lisa completed the job within the promised timeframe. Today I got them to do an inside cleaning wwith my wash. One person does this, and it takes about 45 minutes. It was a great cleaning, windows, carpet and my leather seats treated. It was well worth the 70 dollars spent, they enen gave it a wonderful scent too! I'm going to make an appointment for my wife's car for the beginning of next month, this rime I'll have them do a complete detail, including a hand wax and buff with them shampooing the carpet and her cloth seats. It's priced at 250 bucks! I'll post a review after hers is done. I recommend these guys to everyone out there!!!

Makes it SO easy!! The car wash did pretty good but there was a lot of dirt it couldn't get off, but thankfully shiny shell provided bottled cleaning spray & glass spray, and plenty of microfiber towels! We went around the car and hand wiped my car until she was shining! I really liked that this car wash had a "floor mat" cleaning area as well as a spot to spray them with water! Overall they provided good service and I left with a clean car with a little hard work myself. I'm sure if you go here often, it will keep your car shiny!
