The representative took several minutes to come up with a mirror glass replacement or entire mirror complex replacement option which was $550 to $660 dollars for a 2013 F150 truck which is my work truck. I ordered the replacement glass on Amazon for $20 and fixed it myself and it now works fine. Even if I ordered the entire side mirror complex, it would have been $70 and not too complicated to replace per Youtube. Very disappointed in that place and feel like they tried to rip me off. Be very careful if you go here and make sure you get a second opinion or do it yourself if you can.
