First off YELP i would like to preface this review by stating I posted one for Details Pro in early March 2013 and it boosted their star rating by a couple of points.. However it is now gone. Please explain why a review can be deleted. Yes.!!!! Details Pro does charge more than other cleaning companies in this area. Are they worth it.? I will give a resounding YES.!!!!! I have hired 3 companies in the past 3 years only to have 2 of them end disastrously. The last person in my employ was very good but she found it necessary to move out of state much to my chagrin. So as a result of my other experiences i went into Details Pro very hesitantly ....However I took a chance on Bonnie & her Crew and will definitely stay with them. The team showed up on time and proceeded to inspect our home and prepare a checklist of things to be done. They were very meticulous and detail oriented and very professional. I was very impressed at this first meeting however i still needed convincing that the price they charge would truly be exceptional and of course the only way to do that was to try it out. I am still amazed by the job they did.... Window sills... All my kitchen cabinet outside surfaces and not only emptying the wastepaper baskets but washing them out.!!! The list is just endless. We just had our first follow up visit and were just as happy. The house definitely has a spit shined appearance and i am continually seeing little things that were cleaned that simply astound me. To say i am more than pleased does not come close to the relief and satisfaction I feel. This company is very aptly named as they truly do concentrate on not only the expected items ie: microwave & floors etc but do so many small things that really leave a home looking professionally cleaned. I cannot emphasize this enough.. They are most assuredly worth the money... Huge kudos to Bonnie for her training and experience as well as her continuing educational goals of keeping apprised on the most innovative products and techniques. Huge kudos also to Kirsten & Liz & Delaina who were responsible for the actual cleaning .. They are an absolute delight and highly responsible and very knowledgable. They take pride in their performance and it shows. I especially appreciate how they consider my home and belongings to be as special as I do and took the utmost care when handling everything. This has not been the case with 2 other companies and many items were broken as a result. The care in which they handle things is to be applauded. I wish I could have found more reviews when I started looking for a cleaning service in Bend. I found details via google and their website seemer like they were offering a high quality high cost service. I called and they came in for an intial assessment. They would beg to differ now, but they stated it would take about 10-12 hrs to do a deep clean for my house. They charge a pretty high rate per hour and if you have two people cleaning, it is double ( so 12 hrs is really only 6hrs they are at your house). I started asking people in the area how much they pay their cleaning service and it was much lower. I started having second thoughts, but I thought.. I work hard and we need it. The came at 7:30am, they left in the middle of the day ( to do another cleaning), and then came back. When it came close to 5pm, I said it's been long enough they were there. After they left, I really wasn;'t impressed and there were some major and minor things not done that we discussed doing. When I expressed my dissappointment, they admitted to not leaving things to their standards, took a couple hours off the bill and said they would finish the rest when they came back for the next cleaning. I don't know.. call me crazy, but I certainly was not going to have them back and pay more money. read more
