To avoid any budget surprises, I would recommend confirming upfront how many technicians will be assigned to the job. Overall, I would work with Jason again and would recommend him to others. UPDATE- I had a small leak with one of the toilets and Jason came out right away to adjust it. He definitely stands behind his work!
