A couple weeks ago I came into Deutsch & Deutsch looking for a watch that would commemorate a big promotion I received. I was warmly greeted by Kimberly, who was very knowledgeable and patient. We looked at different watches and she was able to answer all my questions and pointed me in the right direction. They didn't have the watch I fell in love with available, but Kimberly made sure to take down my information and said she would contact me if they received one. A few weeks later I received a call to tell me the watch had arrived! I came into the store the next day. It was the best watch experience I've had to date. Amazing people. Amazing service. Amazing selection. Great price. I came in to purchase something for my wife and they didn't have it. Of course I'd waited until 3 days before her birthday to come in. They had it in their McAllen store and they got it sent over the next day. They called me and I was able to come pick it up without any incident. They are also responsible for raising thousands of dollars in charity for children with childhood diabetes. It's so great to have such wonderful people doing wonderful things for our community.
