Due to this property being involved in a estate it took several phone calls before this company understood how the checks were to be written out finally writing the checks out properly . The closing took place at their Northshore office where I was told a copy of my drivers license was required by law, my license is on my phone which totally threw them off, the license can not be copied by a copy machine at which time I started to walk out of the office when they told me I could not do that and had to sign the papers they came up with one of them taking a picture of my license with their phone . I just sold another piece of property using a different title company which took less than 10 minutes and when asked about the license being required they said there is no such Law .....I worked in banking for several years and never had this problem with any title companies .
