We had the light house beer (Helles), brewed on the spot. For dinner, we split the Frankfurter Platter, which offers an excellent representation of German cuisine, and comes with the delicious Frankfurt sauce. The sauce is a local delicacy and is a must with German food. The dish was loaded down with three types of sausage, eggs, roasted potatoes, sauerkraut, a pork knuckle, and about four schnitzels.
