Bedford, Halifax, canada we called them after a fire mishap…read moreand they said they will charge us $500 for entire apartment (1.5 bedroom apartment) we agreed as my 5 month old baby has eczema and husband has asthma.. they ensured us that when they leave house will be baby safe and i wont have to do a single thing which was the deal and said they will move furniture and do a thorough job and deep clean.. when they were done i thanked them and they left i immediately called them that they forgot to clean kitchen cabinets that had fire extinguisher residue. they apologised and said they will come clean next morning. i noticed that the the room they charged us for was only superficially done and it had dust particles (the things that i had left werent moved as i found baby diaper where i left and rattle too which i dropped by mistake).. i left them a few voicemail messages when they didnt pick call up.. when they finally did pick up i started explaining all the things that they hadnt done and how i have been cleaning since 3 hours , making sure my daughter doesnt have another cough attack ,he said it will be airborne particles i said but when we made a deal you did say it will be completely clean and so many cabinets were left and room was dusty and it didnt seem they did a thorough job and they need to fix it he hung up on me and hasnt been picking up my call ever since..even though last night they did say they will come today to do what they forgot in kitchwn. attaching pictures and videos.

I asked him what he cleaned and took him at his word. I have not been able to clean my home in that little of a time but he stated many times that he is the best in the business for 10yrs and everyone wants him. Later I saw that he did not clean areas that he quoted to clean. 1 bedroom was not touched. One bathroom was only half cleaned. There were areas in the kitchen that were not wiped down. This was supposed to be a deep clean? I was going to hire this company every month. Not now.

We have a rental property and wanted to pay somebody else to clean it because we are too busy. I googled local cleaners and Glowwhite responded very quickly. I was pleased with the price and availability. $25 an hour and she said it would probably take 4 hours. No problem. Later she says she can send three of her workers at $25 an hour each and I expected the job would be finished faster and if not faster at least more thorough. I could not have been more wrong. The floors were soaked and when they dried they were quite literally dirtier than before they got there. The floors were also very sticky. I asked that the carpet on the stairs be shampooed and although the carpet felt wet it did not look any cleaner. The windows had not been touched and neither had the patio door. I complained so she sent them back to fix the problems. When I checked it a second time the floors were no better and the windows were somehow worse than before. Completely clouded over with streaks, looked like really dirty cleaning rags were used or I don't even know how they ended up looking so bad. Again the stairs did not look any better. I complained again this time she came back herself and cleaned the windows and floors better but after the floors dried they were still sticky and still looked dirty. I was fed up and finally said ok just send me the receipt so I can use it towards my taxes (it's a business), this was 2-3 weeks ago and still have not received a receipt. So we are out $350 bucks, the house is still dirty and I can't even claim it towards my taxes...If I could give a zero star rating I would and I would not recommend this cleaning company to anybody. Sorry not sorry

I wanted to know what the service provided since the description on the website wasn't clear. I also only had a few dates I could get the cleaning done. I wanted to know if they had any openings that would work for me. I'd never used them before but the reviews were positive. After some messaging back and forth, I was sent an invoice, where I was requested to pay a deposit to save the day/time I was booking for. The invoice looked legit. As the cleaning appointment approached, I thought it odd that I hadn't gotten a reminder email for the cleaning. Most cleaning companies I've used do that. Then the day arrived for my cleaning. When I'd been messaging with the company initially, I'd been told I'd be texted when the cleaners were about to arrive. The time for them to arrive came and went. No text. After waiting thirty minutes, I called the company. The voicemail box was full. I then messaged them, asking when the cleaners would arrive. Silence. Once the cleaners were an hour late, I gave up on them and started cleaning myself. Given that I'm one person, and not a professional, it took me 9 or 10 hours to do what a team would have done in 3. (Time I'd earmarked for doing other things.) I have yet to receive a reply to the messages I sent when I was still waiting for the cleaners. I don't know if this was an accident, if something unexpected happened and the cleaners were unable to make it, or if I got scammed. I need to investigate getting my deposit back, but I fear it's lost. Ironically, I had asked during my initial inquiry how often appointments got cancelled, because I was booking it only a couple days before my visitors arrived. I wouldn't have had time to reschedule.

Called a couple times afterwards just to see if something unavoidable had occurred, but no answer, still straight to voicemail. Really surprised that they wouldn't at least call and explain, as the person I talked with on the phone was very personable and seemed understanding.
