This morning I received a call from the rudest employee I have ever dealt with. He said: there's nowhere's to park, we are leaving and he hung up before I could even explain where to park. I called him and he yelled at me and said they are not doing the job and hung up. I barely got 3 words in. I called again and he said : stop the f** calling or I'll charge you with harassment. At that point, I stopped, not because of this ridiculous threat but rather because I wouldn't want an individual like this in my home.

I had this company clean all my carpets and rugs. They damaged one of rugs (I think they used too…read moremuch heat) and one of my rugs was shrunk/puckered all over. They came back go pick the rug up a week later telling me they would keep the rug and reimburse me for it, but when someone finally called me back a few days later, they said they decided to fix the rug instead. They called me over a week later, to tell me they had fixed it back to brand new condition, but when they brought the rug back, it was still puckered and damaged. I told them i wasn't happy with the rug, so they took it away again. That was 2 and a half weeks ago and no one has even called me with an update. Really feels like I'm getting the run around.

The day comes, I arrange to go into work late to be there to let them in. Wait for the call, never heard from them. Eventually around 9:00am, I call the company only to find out they do not have any information about me in their system. The person on the phone said they would listen to the call I placed as they record all calls and get back to me. It has been almost a week now and I have still not heard back from them nor can I seem to get through to their phone number. It goes to voicemail every time I call. I've since hired another company at a very comparable price who did an amazing job. BEWARE, do not pre-pay for anything with this company!

But we didn't use it when we got it back. The carpet stayed wrapped in our condo apartment for two years. When we removed the paper this week, there were large rust stains, like water marks, all over it. Contacted them to let them know. They claim is was nice and clean when they gave it back to us. But since it stayed wrapped for two year, we'll never know if they were right. I got a verbal apology. That's it. So much for trusting them.
