They don't even make an effort to fix or replace them.

Even as I type this review the attendant is walking around cleaning and wiping down machines. All of the machines appear to be newer and in working condition. (There is nothing worse then broken machines leaving you to have to wait on others to be done using the operable machines!) There is plenty of seating for guest to sit and relax. There are even a couple arcade games to entertain your little ones if you have to bring your kids along. The attendant had a very sweet demeanor and provided excellent customer service when she saw that I was new and wasn't knowledgeable with the cards they use to activate the machines. One review mentioned that the cards cost $3 , but that can be refunded to you if you don't want to keep your card. Think of it as a deposit for the card. Which trust me... I'd much rather use a card then deal with quarters. This location is in a decent area, I don't feel unsafe by any means. What I liked most is this place is open later than the other laundry mats that I was checking out.

See, I had to wait for a washer that actually functioned. That put timing back a bit. Well, when I get my clothes out of the dryer they were not completely dry. He stood there making fun of me and pressuring me to hurry up, hurry up, you still aren't going fast enough. I was sorting through what was dry and what didn't get dry to try to put things back in the dryer. He told me to "get my stuff and get out ". It was still pretty wet so I ended up having to go to another laundry facility once I found one that was open. So I was late for everything because of him and was still in a laundry mat drying clothes when midnight struck and it was my birthday. Not how I wanted to start it out. No one working at ANY BUSINESS has ever been as rude to me as he was and he's either the owner or the manager. He told me he didn't own it, but I'm pretty sure he does. I've seen his whole family up there before. As a side note, it is FAR from totally clean. The washers were pretty smelly and it's all torn up in there. And not just temporary construction kind of messy. It's looked like this for quite a while now. He shouldn't even deal with the public with an attitude like that. He made me so upset I cried a little and had to go vent to friends.

Their biggest machine is a 6 basket load (according to the label) and is $6. They have chairs to wait on, a change machine for bills, as well as a vending machine for snacks and laundry supplies.

It still needed pressing and the gentleman (I believe the owner) said "Give me four minutes and I'll have it ready." It was done and beautifully pressed in under four minutes. When I went to pay he said, "No charge. I stand behind my pick-up times and it wasn't ready." What a class act! Thank you, I'll be back next year. Came here for the first time and was excited to try them after seeing so many promising reviews…read more The staff was very kind and told me I could come back the next day to pick up my items. When I grabbed my clothes, I should have inspected them more closely because when I got home, it looked like they hadn't been properly cleaned. Some stains were still present on a gray button-down, and my white items still looked dirty rather than bright. I was able to remove the stains myself using Dawn dish soap, which worked better than their cleaning. Although the prices were reasonable, I won't be returning.
