I knew exactly what I was getting, and it made planning a breeze. Finding the location was probably the toughest part, but honestly, that was more on me than on them. They presented a few great options, and it came down to my preferences. Once we nailed that down, everything else flowed. The day itself? Seamless. All I had to do was show up--literally. Everything was handled for us. It was such a relief to not have to worry about a thing in the moment. We also got both photos and videos, which was awesome. They told us we'd get the photos within 14 business days, and they delivered right on time. That said, the wait felt long just because we were so excited to share the moment. If there were an option to get the photos back sooner--even just a sneak peek--I absolutely would've taken it. That's my only real critique. I found Eventus to be exceptional for cost and service! The site's appearance is quite lovely. Very easy to navigate and find everything from dresses, to cakes, wedding venues, corporate venues and party rentals. Each vendor's page was incredibly detailed and had lots of beautiful photos...it looked like a mini website. Eventus is especially helpful for local vendors in the industry...the way things are right now with the economy and all, Eventus' ad rates are unbelievably cheap, I guess because they are new but their focus is 100% Miami so it's definitely been worth it. I referred a bridal salon who got a super beautiful ad page (with like 5 tabs of info and a great photo gallery) for $149 for the entire year. He made back 10 times on the investment with one sale! Similarly, I got my services advertised on Eventus on ALL 3 of their company sites (because I do weddings, corporate and kids' events) and it cost me like $500 for the year (which works out to dollars a month for each listing.) I signed up last month and already got a handful of appointments. That certainly beat back theknot.com where I payed $1500 for a lame ad, half as good and was scraping through to make my ROI. So I highly recommend for both people looking for Miami vendors and the Miami vendors out there looking for more business. My account manager is super sweet!
