When I called to inquire, they didn't care. Made no effort to remedy, no effort to keep me as a customer. I did have to call multiple times to cancel the two service contracts and get my money back. After a year of servicing only one-third of the yard even though I was paying for the full yard something should have been done to keep me as a customer. Techs are not reachable. Not trustworthy.
