Both my sister and I retained her services and paid for legal representation, expecting professionalism, guidance, and communication. Unfortunately, what we received was the opposite. After being retained, communication became inconsistent and ultimately nonexistent. We were effectively left without representation at critical moments. In my sister's case, the situation was even more concerning. While she was a minor dealing with a traffic-related matter, she contacted Jill Turner from jail seeking legal guidance. She was advised to refuse a blood test. That decision had serious consequences--her license was automatically revoked due to refusal. Later, after being forced to seek new legal counsel due to lack of follow-up and communication, we were informed that there may have been options available to challenge or appeal the situation. However, because of the time that had passed with no action taken, those options were no longer available. As a result, my sister lost her license for an extended period--something that may have been avoidable with proper legal guidance and timely action. What makes this experience especially frustrating is that the firm advertises "one-on-one attention" and consistent communication. That was not our experience. Once payment was made, responsiveness dropped off significantly, and we were left to figure things out on our own. Legal matters are time-sensitive and can have long-term consequences. When you hire an attorney, you are trusting them with your future. In our case, that trust was not upheld. I cannot recommend this firm based on our experience.

They said they are trying to work with this company, but they're not getting any calls back Plus when I was first told about this lawsuit, I was told I would probably get 125,000 and now it's down to 25, 000 and they have all these excuses why I was overweight when I had my knee replacement. I didn't get it done the time.period this is what they told me after the case was settled, but never mention any of this before and I don't understand what my weight has to do with the cement being recalled. My doctor said the cement was crappy, fell apart when he went in to take out the recalled cement . Case has been going on for years I think about 5 or 6 years . Two surgeries later 25,000 is not nearly enough after the pain is suffering that was caused because somebody put in recall parts it's a slap in the face. It's very pathetic. I've gotten more money from my car accident which I never had surgery for then recall parts where I've had to have two surgeries.

Less than half of what the settlement amount was. This was in March 2019. They stated that they had to hold some of it back to make sure that there were not any liens or holds on the remainder. The balance would be coming in September 2019. October 2019, I called once a week trying to find out what was going on. November I called 2-3 times a week trying to get answers. Every time I was told that someone would call me back within 24 hours. Finally asked for a supervisor. That got me a response. There was a delay and it would be another 2-3 months. At least I had an answer. Expected balance to be paid by the end of February at the latest. Here we are in March 2020 and they still have my money. A year after it was awarded to me. No response to the numerous calls I've placed. I know there are no holds or liens. I understand that they need to verify that themselves. What I don't understand is the lack of curtesy and professionalism by not returning my calls. It was a class action so I'm sure I'm not the only one. This law firm doesn't meet the minimum expectations or the lowest level of professionalism. Would not recommend them for litigation if they can't even process a payment. It's not like I'm talking about a couple thousand dollars either. It's significant amount.
