They chewed through my storage items and ruined most of my items. There was no food in the unit or anything that might attract rodents. After speaking with the owner/manager, there was no apology. Only a "it happens sometimes." I would not recommend. There are better, actually climate controlled units in Athens. And they're cheaper. There's where my new storage unit is.

The rate increased $30 over the summer. Got an email this morning notifying me that the rates were going to go to $181.00 for a 10x15 climate controlled storage room. That's two rate increases in 7 months. Unacceptable.
