Which we were not told when we went into the office to get the unit. So we go cancel the unit and get a 5x10 for just me and they says it's $84 flat not promotion on this one because I didn't want the same thing to happen to me. Well guess what I got an email today saying my rate is going up to $115. This place is a scam. We went and talked to the office for this exact reason and they promised us the rate would not increase but maybe a few dollars over the years. Also when you look on their website the unit I am renting says it's $44. They are lying scammers. Don't use them!

They arrived on time, worked together, wrapped everything and moved it without harming any of my furniture or the house. These men are gentlemen! They were incredibly polite and friendly! They moved quickly and diligently - no time was wasted! My boyfriend was impressed with the amount of care these men took - they treated all of our furniture like it was precious! The thing is, these guys saved the day! I was set to move 3/31 with another moving company - that other company refused to move my furniture and left without helping! I was in a bind! I called 3/31 at 5pm and I had this amazing crew at my house 4/1 at 8 am. The other company (yuck) had mean men and they were rude. Big league movers hires gentlemen! They basically ghosted us and we had lots of trouble getting information or action on our claims. August 5 the repaired headboard was brought back to us (3 months to get anything done??). A couple days later they informed us that they would not be paying for the toolbox. They figured the purchase price then depreciated at 10% per year and conveniently came up with a figure just under the deductible. So how did they damage the toolbox, you ask? When it was loaded onto the truck they used the power lift gate. When they got to the new house they decided it would be easier to just roll it down the ramp (so they did not have to go to the effort of deploying the lift gate since the ramp was already in place). The box tipped as it was rolled down the ramp and it is a wonder one of their employees wasn't badly hurt trying to catch it. I cannot recommend these guys to even my enemies. Avoid this company at all costs.
