Then she asked if I could come in the following day which was Tuesday. Ofcourse I said yes, knowing it wasn't going to be easy since I live 40 miles from the hotel. But I wasn't going to say no, I figured since I told her Wednesday or Thursday, that she would automatically know, Tuesday wasn't going to be easily obtained for me to come in for a trial run. I worked most of Monday night getting money for gas to be at the hilton the following morning at 10, I didn't factor in all the red lights I would catch or that it's on the farthest east side of Odessa. I arrived at 1015. I didn't see her, after waiting for a little bit, I asked from dest to let Stephanie know I was there. At about 1030 she came out to me, in front of a guest she told me how I was 30 min. late and they would be in need of my services. It was a trial, I have so much to offer and wasn't even given a chance. I wasn't 30 min late, and I'm not perfect, I guess she is perfect and only perfect people are hired. Also the day before I had finished filling out some paperwork and Stephanie told me to wait for her, 30 minutes later a different woman came out to me , she was laughing under her breathe while glancing back towards an office and told me to be there the next day. I honestly feel that Stephanie isn't professional at all, and she didn't like me and found it funny to have me come in the next day knowing ,It was possible I would have some difficulty being there at 10. If hired I was going to relocate to Odessa . I hope no one else has to deal with the embarrassment and the intentional inconvenience, that Stephanie gave and did to me . Thank you, Charla Calvin

I spoke to front desk and informed them of problem, spoke to front desk again in the morning, called front desk 6 hours later asking for manager to call me. Called 1-800-Hilton and they were unable to get in touch with hotel. I tried to handle this with hotel staff, management and 1-800 number. Zero customer service and no attempt to make things right. This is not a safe hotel in regards to cleanliness or security. Stay away from Hilton and especially this hotel. I have stayed in Motel 6 that are 5 times cleaner, nicer and much better customer service.

I checked in on Sunday for what I thought was sun-Fri. Apparently they thought I was supposed to check in on sat. So they put me as a no show. Um no. The original room had a ceiling leak with mold behind the wallpaper. The wall paper was peeling from the walls. Apparently there was a roof leak and it didn't surprise anyone. Moved to another room. Not so great, definitely smelled like smoke, but not leaking and seemed clean enough. Next day get a call, telling me check out was at noon why was my stuff still there. Um but I'm checked in until Friday. Turns out this hotels computer system doesn't look at the online reservations. Oh let me fix it. They Go on line change my reservation to Sunday to Sunday. Have to go to the hotel to fix it by waiting literally 20 mins for the desk guy to answer a phone call and check an alarm.. he ran to the room because he was trying to catch the guests smoking. The next day, I get a call at work because my hair dye got on towels. First, I had my do not disturb sign up, second, the towel in question would wash out. Third, pretty sure the maid only came in so she could snoop around my stuff because I know someone moved my stuff around in my luggage. . So I would suggest to never keep anything personal or valuable. Basically unless you have to, stay away from this hotel. I wish I had stayed at the Hilton garden inn next door.

I especially appreciated the on‑site restaurant and bar, which made it easy to unwind after long days.
