First, I must mention that I work in Health Care/managed care for 42 years. Three of those years I was a Medicare Compliance Officer for the largest healthcare company in the USA, so I am quite knowledgeable about Medicare, Medigap and Medicare Advantage plans. I was also a licensed insurance agent myself. But I was not completely up-to-date with all the offerings available and Cynthia filled in those gaps for me. She provided me with all types of comparisons, evaluated my financial situation, my medical and personal needs.
