I want to cry it's extremely frustrating When you rely on these funds for you and your family. Staff is clueless, so no real help there If you have questions. You will get 6 different answers, there is no standard rule, or set of rules. No one knows anything. Even if you're directed to the HEAD of the department you need. Rules can sometimes change without notification. Oh you're a veteran? Stay on their ass HEAVY, call every single day about enrollment for new terms so you can get paid. Some of them will sit on your enrollment for days and you actually have to remind them to send it up. I've gotten 3 times: "Oh, I forgot, let me do that now." WTF!? i even have a girl change my exam status to hybrid the entire time when I told her I'd be online after a certain month At the start of a new term. this is not great, because I would have to pay funds back for a status i wasn't actively using I caught it last minute before the start of the next term. Would have had to pay back $5k for that. Hybrid exam -_- get someone to thoroughly explain what needs to be done. This school needs tons of work.

The main entrance has a sign that points towards the Transcripts Office. This is the most visited office for the business, so the directional sign is wonderful. When I arrived in the Transcripts Office, there was on other person there. He was being helped at 1 of 2 windows by a staff member. Another staff member came to the 2nd window and asked if she could help me. She gave me a form to fill out. Turns out, I did not need official transcripts ($15). The staff member showed me how to access my unofficial transcripts online for free! Her customer service was excellent. I left feeling great! I highly recommend coming here or using the Parchment App if you need your college transcripts. Parchment doesn't charge for unofficial transcripts, up to 2.

Turn right at the T-intersections, go a quarter of a mile, it should be on your left. If you hit qualcomm way, you went too far west.

I began my journey with ATC on April 4th, 2016. I admit I was skeptical at first and like most, had…read moreno solid view of where was I going in the near future. After the first 2 weeks I was amazed. The staff at ATC is not how others describe: their people just like anyone else: they are caring while they have their own problems, their supportive even if they are tired. They like to have fun and have no problem sharing/recommending a good hangout spot and their experience. Yet, they retain a great level of professionalism...they back up all their certifications and years of knowledge and experience. I had the privilege to have Mr. Jerry help me with my enrollment, specially since I'm a veteran. The processing was smooth and my questions and concerns were covered clearly. The staff at the financial aid department, a very loving and caring group of very talented and dedicated women to the success of every student, took care of all inquiries in a diligent and prompt manner. The student services team, Mz. Alma Carranza and Mz. Raean Olivares, tirelessly work around the clock submitting resumes and matching job positions for every student, while keeping updates with each and everyone of them on a regular basis. Mr. G, a fiber optics, cabling and baseball fan, will teach you and over teach you! Veteran Sonar Tech, now instructor, has the diligence and high standard that "if the student is not getting the necessary info, then he has failed the student" kind of guy. Laid back yet focused on every subject. Mr. Finally, quiet, with the right comments for the appropriate scenario. He doesn't "beat around the bush", he tells you how it is and makes sure you get it right. Fan of a good carne asada/steak burrito lol! Mr. Q, by far a guru of computers and network in the most fun of environments. He has reviewed many technologies and can nearly pinpoint the ups and downs of things. Works very well with everyone and will have you knowing every blinking light on the network! Mz. G, very talented and sweet. Has the calmness of a monk yet dedication is far from flawed. These are just a few of the educating staff I had the privilege to learn from. ATC, although small, has a decent resource center that you can access anytime! Even after you graduate! The books for the current class your in are yours to keep as your "to go" reference along with the support from the instructors. The college floor is neat and very clean. A break room for students is available with vending machines for your everyday pick me up. Classes are very accommodating for anyone's life style. AM classes to PM and there is even a small evening/after-hours class. The class environment is what you make out of it, everyone is there: from your daily average guy, to the ones that are looking for another chance in life. ATC welcomes them all for all deserve a chance. I'm an ATC graduate, Nov 8th, 2016 and I am certified as an IT technician and a certified fiber optics technician by the FOA( yes, the do provide certification for various fields, just ask) during my time, I did receive a stipend for transportation. Plus, awards for attending and scores on test. There is more than meets the eye than the reviews from others. Take it from me: try for yourself, but stick to the end! I'll be glad to answer any questions if you hit me up. Have fun and enjoy your time at ATC! PS: for got to mention, since graduation, I've had 8 leads for jobs that cover field of study and 3 are literally fighting to hire me. They back up their word on job location for students. Seriously, what else you got to lose while you wait to move on.... Give them a try!

The entire campus is flat, super easy to walk, and feels very safe. The buildings look new and are incredibly clean -- I mean really clean! Their athletic programs are top-notch. We spent the whole afternoon with the team and coaches, and everyone was welcoming and professional. And get this -- tuition for the first year is only $9,300, and the following year is ZERO dollars! Say whaaaat?! Huge thank you to the coach for taking the time to meet with us and even treating us to lunch. Overall, Mesa College really stood out -- great people, great campus, and great opportunities!

Mesa is the worst. just in general. I was gonna take a class…read morefor the first semester but I couldn't because mesa was not accepting the form my high-school was sending them. my highschool sent one FOUR TIMES for saying its ok for me to attend Mesa to get extra credits and this went on for a MONTH while it keeps saying my high school needs to send a form and my school keeps saying they did and keeps showing me they are sending the form so i know it was not my high-school fault and everytime I tried calling the school no one picked up for THREE HOURS, if they did even pick up, a lady picks up and always send me to someone else because she dont want to be helping me and do her JOB, then am back on hold for at least another HOUR till someone picks up and then hangs up. I know its not a glitch in the system because I can HEAR someone Breathing or someone talking in the background. this made me not be able to get into a class because no one accepted the form on MESAS SIDE. the same thing happened when I tried getting in on the second semester but this time I went into the school because I was not gonna deal with the phone crap trying to get a hold of someone. so I made my STEP FATHER take off work for the day to go talk to the student services, the front desk people are polite and I told them what happen with the phone stuff thwy apologize and said they will talk with the staff about it, they DIDNT... because I tried calling for a question about the website for Mesa. then after awhile I got into the class I wanted, first day, I came early to find the class and it was a SUB because the real teacher couldn't come in because he broke his hand, the sub wrote down everything we needed to do till we see eachother the next meeting day also which the teacher did NOT ADD ANY WEBSIGHT TO FIND CANVAS on the board on thw first day so i had to CALL THE SCHOOL AGAIN, WAITED A HOUR and had to give my information to another lady becauseonce again the firsr lady never does ANYTHING and had to get a email to my professor to get everything done. when I came in the next time I came early once more, also had everything DONE because I had to take a bus. I got onto canvas on my laptop because i haven't login to it on my laptop because i did my work on my home computer. once I am in canvas it said I am not ENROLLED IN ANY CLASSES so I went BACK to student services ask a man whats going on and showed my id, he said I got KICKED OUT BY THE PROFESSOR and said NO REASON ON THE COMPUTER...I was PISSED because I did the work and was not late and came to school...so I waited for ANOTHER SUB and she didnt know what happened or why the teacher KICKED ME...so I left that class even tho the sub said I can stay, I didnt want to stay because all this work for me just to get kicked OUT???. so I wrote the sub why did he kicked me out and I had to wait a few hours for him to reply, which with him I find reasonable because he got a broken hand and once I got the response he said I was not there on the first day...which I WAS because if I wasn't there on the first day how did I send him a picture of HIS white board of what the sub put on the first day sent to him because when asking for the canvas link I send the picture along with it, so I basically GAVE UP and left this school and NEVER COMING BACK to Mesa to deal with all this drama. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL.
