He was the first and ONLY lawyer I called and interviewed with and I have no regrets. Don't waste your time calling anyone else, he will get the job done right! Josh always treated me kindly and professionally. He was always responsive and attentive to me when I emailed him with any questions. Even amidst a global pandemic (COVID-19), he made one of the most stressful situations in my life comforting and seamless . With Josh's counsel I was able to get a deferred sentence , which was really the best case scenario in my case. When I first told him that I wanted to try to get a deferred sentence he was straight forward with me and essentially told me that with my BAC it would be highly unlikely that I would even be offered one but he would tried. He worked his magic and was able to get the DA to offer me one during pretrial. He celebrated the good news with me but he again cautioned me that it was not promised.
